This is a very personal thing and we cannot make a guarantee of an amount of weight a person will lose. Everyone loses weight in different ways. Some lose a lot straight away, others lose a regular amount each week, others lose nothing in the beginning, others find that they stop and start. No one way is better than another and they all usually reach the same end point. The amount of weight a person loses is also dependant on his or her starting weight.

The Novo programme can help you reach a healthy weight. It is not suitable for people wishing to lose an unhealthy amount of weight or achieve a weight which would be regarded as underweight.
