Novo system launches in UK

A weight management programme based on identifying
and managing inflammatory response to food launches this month.

The Novo programme
from Immogenics has been available at health clubs, spas and
beauty clinics in Holland for several months. The company is
currently in talks with operators to roll out the programme
in the UK.
Novo uses blood analysis to identify foods that should be eliminated
from the diet. "This is all about energy conversion, hence its
attraction for the elite athlete, rather than energy restriction," said
a spokesperson for Immogenics.
Of the 2,000 people that have used the system, 90 per cent have lost
weight and 95 per cent have experienced increased energy, says Immogenics.
The company is also in talks with operators in Ireland and plans
to roll out in France and Spain.
