Significant weight loss and energy gain is high on everyone's agenda. NOVO, a new programme which analyses a person's immune reaction to foods, has been launched.
|
| |
It is a tailored
solution, based upon an individual's blood and its reaction
to 115 foods. The NOVO programme has been developed by Immogenics
and refined in Holland for the past three years with the collaboration
of Leiden University and Abbot Laboratories. The programme,
while simple to follow, requires an element of discipline,
especially during the first 10 weeks. NOVO actively advocates
a balanced diet. With the strengthened immune system, NOVO
will have a positive effect on your lifestyle, including increased
energy!
NOVO has been endorsed by World Cup winner Sir Geoff Hurst
who says: "I
believe that what you put into your body has a significant impact
on your life and health. NOVO helped me figure out which food worked
for me and which didn't." Sir Geoff suffered from gout and wanted
help with that. Within a month it had gone and he felt fitter both
mentally and physically for business as well as for life.
Sir Geoff's own game plan from where he is today at 62 is to work
until the end of the World Cup in 2006. After that he still doesn't
see himself retiring completely, just doing a little less work and
giving himself more time off.
